Accomplishments

  • Collaborated with a team of18 in the development of timeline workflows at CRL. Taking lead on this change impacted the entire General Toxicology department reducing ineffiencencies in the workday and allowing the company to more accurately take on workload and distribute work evenly amongst teams.
  • Used Microsoft Excel to develop inventory tracking spreadsheets which allowed better/more accurate tracking of medical supplies and ordering.
  • Achieved 100% pass rate for ACFT of 28 soldiers through effectively helping with implementing a workout plan for each soldiers needs. This task didn't end with making a workout plan but was only successful from thorough follow up of each individual soldier and working through any unforeseen challenges to keep them on track.
  • Achieved a score of 85 from the companies GLINT survey. This was one of the highest scores achieved within the company and was primarily obtained from my team that was satisfied with promptly following through on any ideas/concerns they brought to my attention to address.
  • Achieved better consolidated results by introducing ESRI for phone toll reporting tasks. By implementing this new software, the state police were able to acquire more accurate results on tracking certain data to advance cases that withheld in court for our legal systems. This also allowed advanced forces to more accurately track and foresee certain events which led to safer raids.
