I am a student dedicated to the study of the Ancient Near East with an emphasis in the Hebrew Bible. I am taking classes to increase my knowledge and understanding of ancient cultures and languages. I am preparing for an archaeological dig in Jordan this summer to help me deeply connect with my area of study. I am learning Hebrew along with other languages, including Moabite, which I hope to use to help me understand the past. I have experience in reading and writing research papers throughout the many classes I have taken. I also have experience mentoring others through the many leadership positions that I have held throughout my life. I have learned to give constructive criticism to help others as they learn new skills. I hope to bless others with the things I am learning.
