I Started Working at BTL as a Grounds Foreman which included Managing (3) 4 Man Crews, Managing established Client Relations, and Project Installation. Over the next 6 years I was promoted to Sales & Estimator, Project Manager & Office Manager.
Initially I was hired as a sales representative for Custom Home Builders. I would help clients select their flooring, bathroom tiles, & Kitchen Cabinets in a showroom. I worked my way up to Designer, Estimator, Office Manager/Book Keeper, & Project Manager. I streamlined all process' of BWI to gross profit of over 1 million dollars with a 9 month time frame. This business was able to grow by 50%.
I was first hired by seminole county as a Crew Groundskeeper for Boomba Sports Complex. I was one of 15 employees who helped build the complex from the ground up. Over Time I was Promoted to Management of the Maintenance Department at Boomba Sports Complex.
