During the last couple of years of my employment, I enjoyed learning the Marketing and Production side of things as well. I am very used to wearing multiple hats and contributing any & everywhere I can.
I strive to wake up with a positive attitude every day, life is too short to wake up otherwise. I'm pretty easy to get along with, I'm generally pretty happy and bubbly (but not in an annoying way lol). I believe that customer service is the backbone of sales and in my experience, it has helped me with sales beyond measure. I've always treated customers with kindness and respect whether it's their first time calling or we talk so much, we're like family. I've never had a problem connecting with customers even the upset ones and more often than not; I'm able to resolve their issues.
Just to share a little about myself, I am a mother of 3 (21, 17 & 11) and happily married for 7 years. We love being in the mountains, especially at our property. We enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, corn hole, and pretty much anything outdoorsy.
