Jessica Lamb Bio.

Jessica Lamb, CPhT, AS, BS, CDA, EFDA, and BLS is the current Pharmacy Technology instructor at Area 31 Career Center at Ben Davis High School and owner of Passionate Professions Academy. Jessica received her associate’s degree from Troy University and her bachelor of science in criminal justice from Indiana Wesleyan University. Jessica has been a certified pharmacy technician for twenty years and is in her seventeenth year of teaching. Jessica is an active member of the Pharmacy Technician Educators Council (PTEC), Indiana Pharmacist Association where she served as a board member at large for the Indiana Academy of Non-Traditional Pharmacists (IANTP) for three years, American Society of Health-System (ASHP), National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), and the American Dental Assistants Association (ADAA). She has also completed dental assisting training at IUPUI, earning her CDA, EFDA. Jessica enjoys writing and developing curriculum and continuing education courses for dental assistants and pharmacy technicians. She has presented nationwide and been featured in ACTE-Reality Works Magazine and the Indiana Pharmacist Association Journal. Jessica is the recipient of the Indiana Pharmacy Technician of the Year award for 2020. Jessica founded Passionate Professions Academy in 2021 based on Christian principles and passion for teaching. Her belief is that all students should be given equal opportunities to be successful in doing what they love.
