  • Finding and on boarding new companies. Gathering and enterting all company's information and adding them into the system. Negotiating rates and skill sets with the new and existing company's in the network. Updating company's addresses, phone numbers, and banking details for all new and existing company's in the network. In charge of adding and removing technicians in the system and creating badges for the technicians that work for the company.
  • Currently the team lead for the last year Improved team productivity with regular communication and progress updates, fostering a collaborative work.
  • Worked on the billing team for the company for a year and a half. Proceed tickets to pay technicians and to bill customers
  • Work of the help desk side, where I was able to help customers trouble their equipment and walk them through new processes and how new equipment worked. Created work orders on equipment that was unable to be fixed over the phone. Help customers with password resets and on-boarding new employees into their system. Called and closed out work orders with the customers and made sure issues had been resolved. Worked on the escalated issues on conference calls when urgent issues happened.
  • Worked on the service side of the company, where we logged the technicians in and out of different locations. Talked to the customers and created problem tickets and dispatched technicians to their locations for troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Worked along side HR to help with interviews and new employee onboarding setup. Went to recruiting events and took in application for potential employees. Helped with training and getting the employees what they needed, such as badges for doors and parking garage, documents for training into their new position and help set up their new computers.
