  • Work collaboratively with colleges to verify the curriculum accuracy of new scribe and validate older degree plans scribe.
  • Responsible for accurately programming (Scribe) the degree audit with ACC approved curriculum requirements for all programs.
  • Facilitates degree audit function for students and advisors and advisors via accurate coding. Maintains degree audit software (Degree Works) to ensure it is correct and up to date.
  • Processes student applications (ApplyTexas) for admission - Runs queries daily in the Banner student database to identify application errors or suspension due to incorrect or missing information. Corrects errors or missing information. Corrects errors or missing data by applying common matching rules and performing overrides for incorrect information.
  • Processes incoming and outgoing transcripts - Reviews and revises transcript information (courses, core completion, etc.) for validation prior to printing. Evaluates and posts transfer credit to student's record, both electronic and paper.
  • Assists with Student Data Maintenance - Ensures data accuracy by correcting/updating specific data in Banner based on Footprint requests, Argos audit reports, and department audit reports.
  • Reviews reports for errors, corrects data, and validates lists prior to dissemination to colleges.
