Leadership
- Middle School Coach- I coached the middle school boys and girls team for our school for the past 3 years. I coached volleyball, basketball, and soccer. I provided them with skills and necessary tools to developed as a athlete and student.
- Trainer of Trainers (TOT)- I have trained teachers in three Decoding programs (A,B1. and B2). I provide them with knowledge on the curriculum to correctly implement and deliver an effective DI lesson. I provide them with models on how to deliver and also provide them with practice to learn how to deliver the lesson.
- Level 3 Coach- I assist in 5 min. observations, provide on the spot feedback, lead script practices with my peers to implement instruction correctly and provide them with support, and check data weekly.
- Grade Level Leader (GTL)- I have lead tactical weekly to bi-weekly, organized field lessons, school events, lead parent-teacher conferences, and parent engagements events. I report directly to the school Principal and I am a key member of the Instructional Leadership Team.
