Worked back office, drawing blood, performing EKG, vital signs(height-weight-blood pressure-temperature- respiratory,LMP on women), glucose test, performing IM injection for flu season and vitamin shot, collected urine samples, labeled and bagged after performing any procedure, prepare patient for echo test

Cleaned rooms every afternoon followed by restocking them

Learned to verify insurance from medical to medicare if shown to health plan and then health care company

Learn to schedule appointments, call pt to remind them of appointments

Remind patients to bring medications every appointment

Keep my station clean nd organize

Stayed overtime if needed to finish extra work

Leave blood/urine specimens ready for quest to pick up

Communicated with staff and asked question when need and help
