One client immobile, G-tube fed, requiring suctioning of saliva (high aspiration risk), incontinence care, etc.. One client blind, requiring daily support for mental stimulation, meals, hygiene care, etc.. One client autistic, presenting with mild behaviors and requiring support for meals and hygiene (incontinence).
