Testing of petrochemical substances such as fuel oil, jet, tar, crude, diesel, gasoline, benzene, and more for presence & content of elements or substances such as hydrocarbons, manganese, sulphur, cyanide, ash, dust & other impurities. Test samples of manufactured products to verify conformity to specifications. Record test results on standardized forms and report through in-house software (Sorby). Clean & sterilize laboratory equipment and calibration of instruments. Read and understand array of ASTM test methods in compliance with ISO certification. Familiar with physical and physical analytical testing and instruments. Measuring sediment by extraction, NACE, auto and manual viscosity, RVP, API, MSEP, water by distillation, FIA, Ramsbottom, corrosiveness to copper, conductivity, pycnometer, pot point, sulphur content, distillation. Beginner level GC instrument testing on benzene, aromatics, and oxygenates.

Re-Extract and print orders that are staged in designated bays and doors. Review LTS report in SAP and ensure that all orders are created and scheduled. Review the preboard report and verify that no carriers have changed. Update and review the daily trailer pool report with the yard hostler team. Check emails immediately for updates and changes. Check to confirm that all orders have been allocated and have available product in inventory. Communicate up the chain as necessary for approval on short shipments or order changes. Walk the floor to physically verify open bays and begin to assign warehouse crew and loaders to grouping orders. Check in the inbound and delivery orders for receiving by verifying packing lists and confirming quantities and product for accuracy upon completion of unload. Receive the product in SAP and communicate any discrepancies or damages up the chain as needed.
Scheduling supply product from the facility to all regions of the world by coordinating product availability in conjunction with timing of trucking and shipping vessels. Work with regional planning coordinators to understand needs and recommend production projections on product needs to management. Works with facility business teams to provide customer service to global customer base in order to meet business needs and guide best practice decisions for Global operations. Work toward continual improvement efforts with global demand planner and regional planners to facilitate the best product efficiency and production operations and economically sound decisions. Reviews suspected fraud cases; identifies and contacts potential witnesses and clients. Makes collateral calls to verify recipient case information. Reviews and analyzes documents and reports from multiple agencies, state, and federal databases to collect data and to determine, or verify, new and continued program eligibility. Assists with the development and delivery of training presentations to HHS staff. Work involves coordinating the review of eligibility cases, verifying information with clients, collateral sources, residential facilities, and employers. Verifies case data and resolves problems and complaints. Works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Monitor, review, and communicate case status and changes to clients and/ or authorized representatives. Communicates all case changes and provides status updates to the management team and/or Director of the Eligibility Operations-Integrity. Support Services (ISS).
