  • During 2017- Mid 2019 I was a classified instructional Aide, Lead individualized Learning Specialist (ILS position) working with students in small groups with the curriculum of Leveled Literacy Intervention (LLI) and had 1st grade cohorts with 25-32 students. The rest of the school year of 2019-2020 I moved to as a HUM teacher for 2nd grade until the school year ended. During 2020-2022 i was working with the position of Lead Individualized Learning Specialist (guided Reading ) I provided welcoming and inclusive environment for all students including English learners and students with disabilities. As an ILS I was personalized the lessons with student's needs using TLAC skills. Also I was hosting community meeting all mornings with Social Emotional Lessons (SEL).
