Accomplishments

  • Effectively managed a $15 billion portfolio to drive sustainment efforts by leading a Counter Narcotics Quality Assurance team to conduct 17 audits and 14 Government Furnished Equipment inventories totaling $4 million in assets. These efforts propelled the seizure of 127 vessels and 143 tons of contraband valued at $2.6 billion, and the arrest of 390 individuals.
  • Revamped the Division training program by meticulously reviewing 27 records and correcting 83 errors across four Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSCs), successfully rectifying a four-year deficit. This initiative was instrumental in achieving a remarkable 97% pass rate at Headquarters.
  • Served as Quality Assurance Section Chief for a $62 million program, where I ensured the integrity of 80 logistics and Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) within the contract. Oversaw effective surveillance of a 1,400 square mile coverage area.
  • Led a key performance assessment team initiative, merging four agencies to validate the accuracy of 23 program areas. This effort resulted in the successful on-time award of a $28 million Department of Defense contract.
  • Managed the contract re-compete for the Security Cooperation Office program, Colombia, overseeing verification of 42 Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) areas and resolution of 9 issues.
