  • Assist in preparation and processing of payroll to facilitate prompt staff payments.
  • Respond to calls from parents seeking dental appointments for their children.

  • Tooth Chart Treatment and Go over Treatment Plans with parents, cost and co pays. Set up payment arrangements if needed.
  • Go over Consent for Oral Conscious Sedation and Schedule.
  • Submit all insurance prior authorizations with narrative and x-ray images attached if needed.
  • Call in prescriptions to the patients pharmacy.
  • Call for all lab pick ups.
  • Go over consents and treatment plan for all Surgery Center patients and schedule. Send all Insurance Authorizations with narrative and submit all paperwork to the Surgery Center Coordinator.
  • Post insurance checks, make needed adjustments and send statements if there is a balance due.
  • Submit all insurance claims daily, balance end of day and print deposit slip through office manager in Dentrix.
