Go over Consent for Oral Conscious Sedation and Schedule.
Submit all insurance prior authorizations with narrative and x-ray images attached if needed.
Call in prescriptions to the patients pharmacy.
Call for all lab pick ups.
Go over consents and treatment plan for all Surgery Center patients and schedule. Send all Insurance Authorizations with narrative and submit all paperwork to the Surgery Center Coordinator.
Post insurance checks, make needed adjustments and send statements if there is a balance due.
Submit all insurance claims daily, balance end of day and print deposit slip through office manager in Dentrix.
