  • Develop and initiate projects, including managing cost, schedule, and performance
  • Manage, review, approve, and sign Notice to Proceed paperwork, Subcontracts and contract documents
  • Ensure subcontracts are fully executed prior to mobilizing to begin work
  • Maintain and efficiently manage all purchases and delivery schedules, budgets, work scopes, take-offs, RFI’s, change orders, shop drawings, submittals, project files, punch list, close-out documents, document control logs, insurance compliance OCIP/CCIP programs, and Owner, Architect and Subcontractor correspondence
  • Prepare monthly AIA G702 & G703 Pay Applications on a percent of completion basis for all projects

  • Participate in preconstruction meetings, close-out meetings, and constructability reviews
  • Schedule workforce needs with superintendents and allocate company resources to meet ground up project requirements and deadlines
  • Hold construction progress and regular status meetings with project team to ensure all constructability requirements are being met effectively
  • Review ITB’s, bid solicitation, and bidding platforms to create and maintain bid boards. Attend bidding events. Formulate estimates and proposals to bring in new buisness/backlog
  • Deliver comprehensive bid proposals for Hardscapes commercial projects, work closely with Ownership and/or management team during buyout process to gain new contracts and business for company
  • Prepare & manage spreadsheets for purposes such as bidding, planning, organizing, and creating look-aheads schedules for work-in-progess
  • Calculate costs for project-specific materials and services by gathering information from bidding platforms, team members, sub-contractors, and vendors. Direct procurement cost control.
  • Analyze and read construction plans, detail, specifications, and addendums when preparing estimates for Hardscape bids and proposals
  • Manage and coordinate material procurement, product installation and schedule experienced crews to achieve project scopes of work effectively and on-time. Perform bid vs actual database for all completed and ongoing projects.
  • Verify completed projects met approved time, quality, and cost estimates
  • Resolve installation inefficiencies to reduce project lags and promote on-time completion.
