I have worked on many projects during the course as a Sterile Processing Technician a few examples are: reorganizing the whole SPD Department on moving locations from the OR to the Sterile Processing department to better track supplies, contracting with Synthes supplies to staff to refurbish live in trays, regenerating new crash carts through out the hospital and discard things that were not needed. Ordering and creating trays for better flow throughout the department, being the head of incorporating SPM tracking system through out the sterile processing department.
