Clinical duties including:
- Accurately document patient history, physical and vital information into the medical record, and notify Physician of any abnormalities
- Prioritize care through communication with patient via telephone, email or myHealth app.
- Performs complete intake process as specified by physician such as chief complaint, history, vital signs and medications.
- Administers screenings such as vision check, diabetes or urine screenings as needed, and notifying physician of any significant changes in condition.
- Follow Physicians instructions in an accurate and timely manner to effectively follow through with pharmacy refills, scheduling, obtaining pertinent information, reporting and tracking of labs, leaving phone messages, and faxing documents.
