  • Work one on one with individuals to help them eliminate the reasons of involvement with the Department. This would be done through monthly meetings to assess where at on the Stages of Change each individual was at.
  • Ensure child safety within their homes, community and schools.
  • Complete court reports and services referrals
  • Attend court hearings and maintain a professional relationship with attorneys.
  • Have time management skills to make weekly home visits, court reports, any referrals needed and hold Child and Family Team meetings with families
