• Conducted move-out inspections, assessed repairs, and coordinated with external vendors as necessary.
• Perform various repairs and tasks, including drywall patching, retexturing, painting, finishing carpentry, and installing or repairing sinks, faucets, showers, baths, toilets, light fixtures, and appliances.
• Installed and maintained fire safety equipment, blinds, and screens, and handled home and mailbox rekeying.
• Maintained accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.

Utilized Vol Collect, SEA, and RF guns for inventory control across multiple departments, collaborating with the operations manager to resolve system errors, complete time-sensitive tasks, and correct inventory discrepancies.

• Worked independently and as part of a team on the loading dock to find, sort, and organize products accurately.
• Collected, labeled, and stacked products for shipment, while tracking order fulfillment.
• Operated various electric pallet jacks (EPJs) to move products on the loading dock and throughout the warehouse.

Demonstrated task flexibility and focus by transitioning between departments as needed, working in fast-paced team environments while maintaining high company quality standards on special projects and within inbound and outbound departments.

• Logged product data, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies with the inbound office.
• Operated RF scanners for data entry and labeling of products onto the conveyor belt.
• Coordinated with teams to streamline the organization of inbound, outbound, and seasonal trailers.
