Summary

I been been with my current employer for 20 years. The first four years I was a cashier, sales associate and hourly supervisor. The last 15 years I have been a salaried member of management. I am currently over the digital online shopping department. I oversee 40 associates directly, 2 of which are hourly supervisors that work directly for me. Throughout the day, I am in charge of the entire store, all 250 associates that are employed with us. I have to ensure safety, compliance, daily processes and customer service standards are being met. I act as the store manager when they are out on vacation or leave of absence for the last 10 years. I know how to read and review the profit and loss reports for our store. I have been a salaried manager over the front end, apparel and homelines, hardlines, overnight stocking, food and consumables and the digital department. I have hired, grow and promoted, held accountable, and terminated a few hundred associated throughout out the years. I have a strong skill set to lead and grow talent and take a lot of pride in being an advocate for the associates.
