I was contracted through Hunter International to work as a hospital operating room liaison. I worked along with nurse management the sterile processing department and instrument representatives to ensure the daily 30-40 plus surgical instrument set needs were met. My duties were to ensure that the operating room had the required instrumentation sets and supplies in the room and were turned over as scheduled. I trouble shot contamination issues as they arose along with emergent add on cases and additional needs that may arise.

I am a 1990s Shooters Alumni. I had a great time serving the customers on the west bank. I worked year round serving both inside, on the deck and was a boat server. My GM was Joe and Claudette was the restaurant manager.
