In my role, I provide hands-on care and personalized attention to animals in a dynamic shelter environment. Their health, comfort, and emotional well-being are my top priorities. I create clean, enriched spaces tailored to each animal's needs. Every animal receives timely care and support by proactively addressing health and behavioral concerns and collaborating closely with the team.

I'm passionate about creating unique enrichment activities that help reduce stress and encourage positive behaviors. I strive to enhance each animal's environment by tailoring it to its specific behaviors and needs.

I am also responsible for organizing our donations, sorting and labeling food items, ensuring they are stored correctly, and meeting the needs of the shelters we support. Additionally, I help create engaging content for our social media, showcasing the unique personalities of each animal and raising awareness to connect them with loving adopters and supporters in our community.

I matched animals with their new families by understanding each animal's unique personality and needs. By finalizing adoption contracts and providing thorough guidance, I ensured every transition was successful and joyful. I eagerly responded to inquiries, sharing my detailed knowledge of shelter services, the adoption process, and individual animal histories, ensuring families felt confident and well-informed at every step.
I took pride in maintaining clean, safe, and enriched environments, thoughtfully arranging cages and spaces to enhance each animal's comfort and well-being. Conducting dog introductions and behavioral assessments helped evaluate compatibility, ensuring safe and positive outcomes for animals and their new families. I offered compassionate and non-judgmental support to those surrendering or returning animals, approaching each situation professionally and empathetically.
Collaborating with veterinarians, volunteers, and management, I provided personalized attention to animals to customize handling and enrichment activities to help reduce stress and facilitate healing. I led daily operations with a hands-on approach, mastering every role in the restaurant—from serving and hosting to dishwashing, delivery, and key kitchen positions such as pizza making, grilling, and dough preparation. I ensured effective teamwork and exceptional service throughout.
I also designed and implemented comprehensive training guides and organizational systems to enhance our operations.
