The Dakota County Contract Process solution project that I led was awarded DataBank’s 2024 Solution Enhancement Ingenuity Award. I was awarded because of how the solution saved time in processing contracts, mitigated risks inherent in the old process, eliminated the reliance on email to process contracts, and made for an overall positive impact within the County itself as well as with external vendors and residents.
