I am a quick learner, being promoted from sales associate to shift manager within 4 months of working at CVS. I have always valued customer satisfaction, since socialization had been a skill of mine since I was very young. Since working here, I’ve received a multitude of positive reviews from customers in-person and online for my friendly and helpful attitude. I always do my best to make sure that I did all that is possible to help a customer, or rectify a misunderstanding. I am a dedicated individual who does their best to make the workflow easier for my colleagues and I while I’m available. (Such as help with tasks, do other daily tasks so others don’t have to while they’re busy with stocking, POS work, sweeping, etc…). Whenever I finish a task, I try to find the next thing to do, so long as there is something, until everything is done.
I’ve done karate from the ages 10-18, earning my brown belt before I sadly left to focus on college. It was and still is an important part of my life, being essentially who I am. I put my blood, sweat, and tears into karate, and it contributed to my drive, dedication, and adaptation skills I have today. It also made me a very humble person, making it easier for me to learn from others and receive criticism. All my hard work allowed me to qualify for the pan-American championships, (North, central, and South America) and the worlds tournament. (All countries). This means I placed 1st nationally for my division. Unfortunately, the Olympics was never within reach, due to the fact that it was only a one time event for Japan.
If I am given the opportunity to work this position, I plan to always do my best, and to learn everything I can to prove I will be an effective and helpful worker to customers and to my peers at Hangang. :)
Thank you!
