Worked 10 hour shifts each Saturday to operate a restaurant that served up to 40 people with a staff of 4. Opened the store by cleaning, setting tables, preparing food and tea, and stocking the gift store. Served each party it’s tea and eatables, ensuring their cups were always full and service was always exemplary. Cleared each table between seatings and closed the store at the end of the day.
