  • Oversee the processes, while working with other SME's to collect, analyze and transpose raw data into applicable content as data visualizations to run and maintain models for 9 services and offices within AVS using the following tools: PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, SQL, Access,
  • SQL query using various syntax to retrieve data from databases for analysis and research; also, to answer questions for stakeholders and customers
  • Work as a team to produce the AVS Work Force Plan (WFP) annually for congress; for which my responsibilities include various model runs and adjustments ensuring soundness; economic and financial analysis on vast datasets; data collection, cleansing; statement & fact compilation; coordinating as Subject Matter Experts; intricate phase reviews of the document
  • Strategize while leading a small labor analysis team to resolve OIG audit concerns and aid with benchmarking the nine Service & Offices’ processes and procedures
