Accomplishments

  • In 2014 I created a business plan for Box Butte General Hospital CEO Dan Griess for a daycare center for employees. Even though he passed on my business plan it was amazing to see it come to fruition years later.
  • Researched, wrote and received over a $3550.00 grant for childcare as well as raise awareness of the childcare crisis in Box Butte County 2014.
  • Collaborated in a team of ten in the development of a Child Development Center in 2015. This included community assistance for fundraising start-up.
  • Spent a large amount of time bringing all the rooms up to current electrical standards including additional requirements for daycare spaces. Helped install a monitored fire system that saved our church an estimated $20,000.
  • I stepped away from daycare to become the top 1% among 1.1milion consultants in Paparazzi Accessories. While leading another 11 top 1% leaders to successful businesses of their own. This accomplishment was with a small team of just 7,000 consultants.
  • Volunteering with Alliance Rifle Club as well as becoming the secretary from 2013-2018
  • Volunteering with Santa's Helpers from 2008-2023


Additional Information

I originally toured my first daycare center in 2003 with intentions on becoming a director of a childcare facility in Colorado. God had more immediate plans for me. So in 2004 I became licensed in the state of Colorado and remained licensed for 4+ years to come. Childcare has always been on my heart and Sher Bears has been just that for me. Sher Bears holds a very special place in my heart and I hope to bring that passion of God's love, enthusiasm and teachings with me in fruition of my God nudge in 2003.
