A member of the clinical team that provides direct Care to behavioral health patients. I coordinated the services with a goal of providing experience strength and Hope to individuals. I obtained vital signs patient history completed rounds and monitored patients at physical and mental status. I recognized patients who are behaving aggressively acting as a danger to themselves or others or were in a critical or medical emergency and communicated appropriately.

I maintained a safe orderly and caring environment well assisting clients with their daily needs providing community resources and referrals to assist and empower single adults experiencing homelessness to establish and maintain permanent housing.

I built and lead great shifts in power team members to grow their skill sets and maintain positive attitude throughout the restaurant. Maintained compliance with operational and food safety procedures. Handled office duties such as monies inventory and scheduling.
