  • After just working with the company for only 2 months, I was promoted to the position of "Truck Lead"
  • This is my main job title
  • With this job title, I am expected to lead our truck shifts four days a week from 6:00 am to 10:00 am
  • My shifts consist of scanning all totes of garments that come in, confirming the count of totes is accurate for what is planned to be processed for the morning
  • I then am in charge of leading a team of six to eight people to ensure that all totes of garments get processed as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • After the truck shift is finished, I am then on the sales floor performing multiple tasks for the next 3 hours of my shift
  • H&M is not like other retail companies in that you are expected to perform one task in the same position throughout your whole shift
  • The tasks I perform range from ringing customers up at the registers, assisting customers in the fitting rooms, running garments on the sales floor, and making sure the store is in superb appearance
