A hardworking and passionate individual who understands the importance of communication, customer service, and integrity seeking an opportunity to utilize skills learned from years of experience in sales, management, and client relations.
As a Right of Way Agent, I have been assigned to transportation projects throughout the state of Pennsylvania. My responsibilities include reviewing right of way plans, researching property records, contacting and building relationships with property owners in order to explain impacts to their property and address concerns, negotiate acquisitions of land necessary for road improvement projects, and deliver accurately executed documents upon settlement while striving to keep the project on schedule. I am able to maintain a high level of communication with property owners, project managers, and design engineers to ensure a clear understanding of projects, any possible complications, and the acquisition process.
As the store manager, I was responsible for almost every aspect of day to day operations. I successfully ran a multifaceted business with customer service being not only the top priority, but what we depended on to set ourselves apart from our competition. Under my leadership and training, my team achieved targeted inventory shrink numbers and sales goals consistently. Through the years, I learned to adapt to the always changing retail environment and follow company directives to grow business in my store.
As the assistant manager, I supported the store manager in day to day operations and maintained lines of communication between the manager and other associates. I contributed to sales volume, training, merchandising, inventory accountability, and overall daily functions within the store. Together, the manager and I grew and established our business in the area to a successful and profitable store.
