Classic Makers; Group Leader-Job responsibilities include personnel management, record keeping, leading monthly crew meeting, and implementing department policies to maximize crew performance and exceed department goals around safety and production targets. Provide input to the department Leadership Team.
Classic Makers; Trainer- Trained Coaters, Winders, and Volts as needed. Department Pit Tip Coordinator. Updated all department documentation. Worked on projects & upgrades with Process Engineers and St, Paul Engineers as directed.
Finished Goods Scheduling; Responsibility for scheduling the 180-xx product line as well as kit orders (i.e. U-Haul). Good communication and relationships with CSR's and Engineers both on-site and elsewhere.
Converting Temporary Supervisor; 1 Year in 4 Crew Converting with 7 slitter operators and 5 Volts.
Classic Makers Temporary Supervisor; Managed a Crew of 16. Worked with multiple crews.
Coater Operator; Worked at all machine stations. Covered as back-up for Supervisors as needed. Good working relationships with other crew members as well as management and engineers.
Winder Operator; Worked at all machine stations. Enjoyed being able to train on any machine as needed. Cross trained as Coater Operator.
Rewind/PAA; In a year learned how to run all 7 rewinders, as well as PAA (liner exchange not scrap). Cross trained on 41 & 46 Winder while working in Rewind.
