SAP - SME MD Business Partners Customers
- Serve as functional lead within a multi-site SAP S/4HANA transformation,
aligning customer master data structures and business processes with
commercial, operational, and regulatory objectives.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales (SLS), Commercial, and Operations
teams to translate business requirements into scalable system design,
ensuring order-to-cash alignment and enabling accurate customer data to
support revenue execution.
Lead fit-to-standard validation and gap analysis efforts, influencing process
decisions that balance global template governance with local business
needs.
Champion data governance and integrity standards, ensuring customer
master accuracy and compliance while supporting scalable growth.
Direct user acceptance testing (UAT) strategy and validation efforts,
safeguarding data quality and system functionality prior to production
deployment.
Develop and deliver end-user enablement programs, driving adoption,
process consistency, and commercial usability across stakeholder groups.

Act as primary liaison for system governance and continuous process
improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
and sales enablement.
