Personal Qualities

I apply compassion & empathy first and foremost to all interactions. I have a naturally positive demeanor, I am resilient, organized, and patient-care orientated. I embrace the idea and understanding that patient care is filled with uncertainty and events that are often beyond our control and have adopted the mindset of go with the flow. This has enabled me to apply creativity to various situations, to both maintain & exude a calm demeanor, and provide reassurance to those around me. I welcome new concepts and education as I recognize we are never done learning. I am trustworthy, punctual, consistent, and moral. I hold myself and others to high expectations & professional standards when it comes to delivering the utmost quality of care, compassion, empathy, & information to our patients. Lastly, I recognize patient care is so much more than caring for the physical person; it is identifying and caring for & influencing their emotional, spiritual, familial, social, and environmental needs.
