The Miller consists of 52 homes with 3 penthouses, Two-bedrooms, One-bedrooms and studios. DM Companies already had handful of the homes pre-rented before I started employment. I left the community with it being leased at %49.

  • I started my employment two months before welcoming our first residents, May 1st. Worked closely with the building owners, investors, vendors, construction members along with the job supervisor to ensure the community was going to open on time. I was the manager, leasing consultant, housekeeper and maintenance. After hours, the janitor work was done. Service requests could be done throughout the day. Leasing is #1 for a lease up so I made sure our website was updated on a daily basis, set up Apartments.com, Forrent.com along with other marketing sources. Prospects replied to on a timely matter and showed homes 7 days a week.
  • Responsible for purchasing/setting up any needs for the community; office supplies and set up office space, lobby coffee bar/refreshment area, janitor room with supplies, started the maintenance shop with labeling and sorting items out from construction then a vendor/warranty book, along with setting up the USPS mail room organizing mailboxes to what units.
  • Placed model furniture in home with the designers and ensured it was tidy and clean for every tour/meeting.
  • Walking the community daily to endure safety for prospects and myself. Signed waivers for hard hat tours.
  • Was responsible from start to finish with tours, applicants to move-in.
  • Designed marketing flyers, A-Frame signs and floorplans.
  • Sent out weekly reports to the investors and owners of the community. Went over market rate prices as well and changed when needed.
  • Paid invoices and made rent deposits.
  • Weekly punch list with investors.
