CRO Shift Lead- I lead shift the day to day operations of 3, 1x1 combined cycle power blocks. Consisting of GE 7FA Gas turbines and GE A10 steam turbines.

I also am the plant training coordinator for operations.

I also worked as the Plant Safety Liaison for the sight.

• I was part of the commissioning and team on three different Combined Cycle Power facility's. Trained new employees and delegated daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintained clean and well-organized production areas to avoid safety and environmental violations or unnecessary work delays due to hazards or inefficient layouts.
• Delivered superior training and leadership to teams to boost performance and help team members achieve performance targets.

• Filled supervisor and operational vacancies as needed.
• Trained operational personnel in new positions.
• Trained the operational team successful strategies to meet operational production goals.
