Jessie Fantone

The Compassionate Program Director has a wealth of experience in creating educational and recreational programs for various youth groups. They excel at planning and leading teams, which has led to better program results and higher participation rates. They are recognized for their problem-solving skills, and dedication to creating supportive environments that help young people succeed.

While serving as the Before and After School Director and Kindergarten-Plus (K-Plus) Program Director, I oversaw the largest program among the three schools in the district. Ivestablished safe and engaging spaces for children and promoted communication among students, parents, and school staff. As a Kindergarten K-Plus teacher in a half-day enrichment program, I created 36 to 40 weeks of lesson plans designed to support students' growth. I also worked well with colleagues to improve the curriculum and enhance student experiences. I am committed to having a positive influence on students' early educational paths by fostering their curiosity, resilience, and passion for learning.
