Having completed the CNA course at AWC I have over 100 hours of practicing my skills of caring for patients with clinicals and lab time. I have a strong understanding and great ability of caring for a patient emotionally and physically, managing my time efficiently and effectively throughout my shift and being a joyful, helping hand to all of my co-workers. I enjoy structure, organization and making connections with people. When I am at work patients are my number one priority, and I plan on tending to them to my absolute best ability and with a smile on my face. I grew up in the sport of rodeo and I helped out anyone I could, regardless if I was competing against them or not; because I wanted everyone to win just as bad as I wanted to win myself. I believe it is because of that mindset, I am more than capable of working with others and I am not afraid to help others/ ask for help when I need it.
Over the last year and a half that I have been at Yuma Solar I have been responsible for filing, billing, receiving shipments, deposits and keeping my office space organized and tidy.
I have experience coordinating/ managing time slots, money and objectives that are to be met for up to 20 young girls that come learn to ride horses with me. I have experience diplomatically and thoroughly explaining brand new subjects that can be complex to multiple children that have different learning styles, which in trade gives me the opportunity to show patience and have an open mind to different ways of understanding.
