  • Take laps around Tomorrowland and guest interact while making sure myself and the cast members out in the land are proactively displaying the S.E.R.V.I.C.E model
  • Approach guests and initiate conversation, whether it is to answer a question or ask them about their day
  • Go above and beyond to make some magic which consists of pin trading, passing out birthday buttons, and getting guests in through Lightning Lane after a memorable interaction
  • Make sure the land is looking clean and show ready
  • Partnering with other lines of businesses like foods, retail, and custodial to accommodate guests and help each other out
  • Assist any cast members who need an extra hand at their greeter positions and/or coach them if they are leaning, not in Disney show, idle chatting on stage, etc.


Space Mountain Working Lead

  • Responsible for both guest and cast experience at Space Mountain
  • Delegate many things at once such as cast members breaks, guest concerns, supervising the attraction to not breakdown for guest satisfaction, and prioritize/respond to any medical emergencies
  • Complete opening and closing procedures for the attraction
  • Work effectively in fast-paced environments and can handle working in stressful circumstances
  • Does independent work and choices, for example, when it comes to making calls for downtimes within the attraction.

  • Train and teach cast members from different Tomorrowland attractions on how to operate Space Mountain
  • 5 day course of training which consist of teaching all positions, downtimes, proper procedures for different scenarios of the attraction
  • Even days where I am not training an actual set with trainees, I am still a role model to my co-workers on a day to day basis and step in to help and guide my cast when needed
  • Make our trainees feel comfortable and safe! Encourage them to try their best and make them feel welcomed
  • Create and develope different programs to refresh cast members knowledge on the attraction every few months
