- Used air impact gun wrench to screw raw material into vice and hook into mandrel
- Clamped parts into vice jaw and closed with wrench for appropriate tightness for phase 2
- Fadal 3 Axis CNC and coolant based machines
- Changed vice heights and dovetail sizes when parts were out of tolerance by measuring with calipers and micrometers checked drill hole for thread, depth's with pin and dial-indicator for web
- Operated Saw for different materials needed prior to running each machines
- Also changed equipment (I.e , blades, drills, taps, calibrate tool length, engravers, Finishers and roughers through vending Machine)
- Cleaned chips from machine table to guarantee parts specifications
- After machine cycle was finished, checked the table for kicked parts, tool damage, or misalignments
- Used go and no go gauge and pins
- Stacked parts accordingly into plastic containers when done and slip was filled out thoroughly
- Log data into excel spreadsheet
- Inspect final parts; checked for any misssurfaced errors, dimensions, text from engraver, pre drill and bore holes
- Cleaned parts pulled from machine before turning them in for final inspection
- General area clean up after shift
