Repalr, replace, and modify old service in order to update or conform to new requirements.

Types of services encountered are: power, heat, ventilation or refrigeration and lights.

Install wiring. outlets, fixtures. switches and circuit boards.

Read and interpret schematics to determine standards, procedures to follow in repairing or installing electrical wiring, fixtures and appliances.

Change electrical damaged fixtures, exhaust fans and rerouting electrical lines.

Perform preventative maintenance by inspecting, cleaning, adjusting or replacing motors, generators,

batteries, clocks, pumps and bells.

Keep records of work performed and materials used.

Order material when needed for repairs and replacements.

Test electrical apparatus with various meters to detect shorts, worn out or weak components or defective connections.

May make emergency service calls,

Follow current building codes adopted by the Gila River Indian Community.

Perform a variety of general construction work in accordance with generally accepted

trades.

May be required to follow construction work orders, blueprints, working drawings, or specifications

Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, common building equipment and light motor vehicles.

Hang new drywall. taping texture, exterior/interior painting, framing, baseboards, trim work and touch-up.

Install fencing around dwelling units.

Perform other related construction/renovation tasks as may be assigned from time-to-time under the

construction. renovation and maintenance of dwelling units

Demolition: removing cabinets, vanities, commodes. bathtubs and drywall.

Roofing: roof damage material, plywood, fascia, drip edge tee-tops and vents and seal around roof jacks with mistic.

Plumbing: change angle-stop, faucet fixtures, water heaters, flex lines, reroute plumbing lines and install

concrete ramps.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
