Verificar el cumplimiento del proceso de Investigación de Accidentes y Casi-Accidente y la aplicación de las acciones establecidas en los reportes e informes con el apoyo de: HAZOP, Prever de información relacionada a las implicaciones de las nuevas normas legales de seguridad industrial a los departamentos y/o unidades interesadas para su implementación y seguimiento en la Prevención de Accidentes en las áreas: Operaciones, Adiestramiento, Salud Ocupacional, STOP, LIH´s Saipem Enis y Programas de Incentivos. Hacer seguimiento a la Permisologia de Manejo de Sustancias Químicas de la Empresa y de servicios. Garantizar el Cumplimiento de la Ley Orgánica de Prevención Condiciones y Medio Ambiente del trabajo LOPCYMAT, COVENIN, NORMATIVA PDVSA así como AUDITOR LIDER OHSAS 18001 de gestión de QHSE. Cumplir con la visión, los valores y la pasión por la seguridad a través del liderazgo en seguridad LIH´S. Hacer seguimiento y cumplimiento del Procesos de Capacitación (Adiestramiento - Entrenamiento). Hacer seguimiento al Programa de Prevención y Promoción de Salud aplicado por las contratistas y de servicios. Garantizar el funcionamiento del Programa de Saneamiento Básico en la empresa y de servicios. Realizar Análisis de las Horas Trabajadas del mes y de los Indicadores de Frecuencia de Seguridad. Asesorar al Comités de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (CSSL) y (DLP) en la empresa e instalaciones (PDVSA) Verificar la calidad, uso y mantenimiento de los Equipos de Protección Personal en áreas operativas.
