● Quartz Room Management (2006-2014) - Met with engineers, vendors and procurement department to purchase quartz, parts and chemical forecasting. Developed strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials needed for equipment maintenance. Developed and implemented customized inventory software tracking system, reducing material waste and optimizing supply chain efficiency. Tested new version of work order tracking software for department. Managed department helium leak detector for calibration, maintenance and bottle refill and created standard operating procedures for department use. Tested new work order software to ensure functionality and communicated results to the rest of the team.

● Process Technician (2014-2016) - Qualified tools, post and breakdown maintenance. Worked with engineering to facilitate tests material. Performed final inspection on tool maintenance activities and verified tool data before releasing for quails and production.

● Equipment Technician (2016-2023) - Assisted in training new engineers and technicians on company procedures, policies, systems, sustaining activities, and technical skills necessary for their roles. Modified standard operating procedures to keep them up to date with the newest and best known methods. Contributed to a safer working environment through strict adherence to safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations. Collaborated closely with engineers in developing new products or improving existing ones, providing valuable input from a technician''s perspective. Assisted with installation, calibration and testing of engineering systems. Contributed to development of patent-pending technology, performing critical experiments and data analysis to validate concept. Improved equipment reliability by performing regular maintenance and calibrations. Worked on SOP redline initiative to strengthen procedures.
