i was put in a leadership position while managers were away on vacations or on days out. i was entrusted with large amounts of money, also this position gave me experience in dealing with difficult customers and how to deescalate problematic situations. Being trusted with a big part of this company gave me mathematic skills that i would have to use on a daily basis. Dealing with customers gave me the ability to work on my customer service skills and selling techniques.

• my role with kbs was to clean up the warehouse restrooms, pallet areas and also palletizing good and bad pallets for customer (amazon). I made my way up to a back up lead. my leadership skills were used when our account was due to in 9 months so my supervisor left without letting us know therefore i was put in charge,thats were i got my full experience as a leader and got experience on becoming a team player

my role at Lowes started as a stand up forklift picking up gaylords of cardboard and plastic and collecting pallets and sorting good and bad pallets for the receiving dock and i made my way up to get certified on the cherry picker and electric pallet jack and also stand up reach.
