Jesus Hidalgo

I am highly motivated employee with desire to take on new challenges and very driven meaning when I start something I always wanna be there for the whole process and I am a very hands on person and enjoy the design build environment. Additionally I have a background in bidding jobs and creating invoices and creating estimates so I have an understanding of the real expectations and cost of a job for the environment. In addition I have a strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills I have a responsible and respectful relationship with the workforce because of my experience in the area and some of my goals are to become the best person I can be in management and as a designer.

Design Village 

• As part of the Design Village Competition at Cal Poly, I collaborated with a team to design and construct a sustainable, functional structure. I played a key role in project planning, material selection, structural construction to ensure the design met the criteria.
