• 12 Years Experienced in Refinery, LNG natural gas plants, Power plants, Turn around and New Construction.
• May Assist in Lifting, Positioning, Securing of Material and Work Pieces during installation.
• Maintain all tools, work area, and equipment in a clean orderly fashion.
• Perform other duties as Assigned.
• Fitting or Assisting in Fitting Valves, Couplings, or Assemblies to Tanks, Pumps, or Systems, using Hand Tools.
• Inspects worksite to determine presence of obstructions.
• Plans sequence on installation to avoid obstructions and activities of other workers.
• Assists in staging materials and necessary tools to execute each work activity.
• Erects and works from ladders, scaffolding, work platforms.
• Performs a variety of preventive maintenance and repair work on automatic and manually operated systems to ensure proper operation.
• Performs backflow-prevention-device testing; ensures all testing complies with mandated rules and regulations; installs and repairs backflow devices.
• Assists with location of welding machines, pulling lead and grounds, moving welder tools into position.
