This presentation was a two-hour workshop for Spanish-speaking parents or other professionals who wanted to learn more about ASD. During this event, the main symptoms, basic applied behavioral analysis principles, and functions of behavior were addressed.
Carried out studies on telepresence robots to contrast the effects of telepresence and in-person group participation and accurately recorded participant data. Analyzed quantitative data to determine the study's effects and assisted in producing inferential statistics to assess the impact of the study. Collaborated in the edition of the manuscript of the research article.
Collaborated with research planning by actively suggesting efficiency and time management measures. Participated in running a series of studies, assessing the participants’ prospective memory capabilities through administering assessments focusing on the capabilities of the individual to retain information regarding instructions containing future actions that the participant had to complete. Assisted other research assistants in running a study on learning efficiency by administering participant assessments.
