As a HEB E-Store personal shopper, ones task was to deliver outstanding costumer service all behind a phone. A costumer would place their order, and one had to shop by sections varying from dry canned goods, through frozen items. While ensuring that quality and costumer service is maintained at its best, The order has to be fully completed and packed up, ready for costumer pick up at their intended scheduled time.

Completing costumers' online orders, bagging them up and getting them ready for when costumer picks up. Once costumer arrives, would have to check them out and take out their order into their desired placed in their vehicle. If they were a new costumer, would have to enter personal information and store discounts. When an item was out of stock, or when we were about to begin/finish the order we had to stay in contact with the costumer and contact them personally. Would train new workers, showing them opening/closing tasks, and teaching them how to complete an order. As a team lead, my task was to schedule breaks within my coworkers, serve as a curbside customer service representative having to contact costumers if they had a question or inquiry.
