Electricity: Replace and Installation of lights ballasts, photocells, timers, motion detectors, and basic installation of switches, outlets, fixtures and irrigation timers etc.

Plumbing: Replace and repair of toilets, (all kinds of toilet flushing systems) water faucets, drains and urinals.

General: Paint, reparation of roof water leaks, ceiling tiles and small repair on drywall, repair and change door locks, general cleaning and pressure washer.

General Maintenance of the building : general cleaning, change lights, paint.
