Take an in-shop appointment for the evaluation, repair, and delivery of their power/manual wheelchairs and scooters. Along with calling vendors to order the correct parts and closing out necessary paperwork, I am also performing warehouse tasks such as shipping, receiving, and assembling new equipment.

• Delivered parts to commercial customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inspected vehicles for safety issues prior to loading or unloading parts.
• Ensured appropriate paperwork was completed accurately at each delivery stop.
• Maintained accurate records of all deliveries, including invoices.

• Replaced defective and worn components for Customers as well as ordering new parts.
• Perform evaluations of Customers equipment and address Customers concerns.
• Assemble, test and deliver new equipment to Customers.
• Trained customers on proper operation, maintenance, and safety of newly installed equipment.
• Performed detailed reports documentation on all work performed.

• Troubleshoot, service and repair Electromechanical equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance. Manage proper inventory levels for maintenance and maintain issued tools.
• Submit proper service call information and any other significant call closure information.

• Turned on and off natural gas service to residential customers.
• Inspected for leaks and performance of Customer appliances.
• Answered customer inquiries and provided accurate information regarding products and services.
