2006 I was selected by the state to Attend the IRA conferences in Toronto, CA.

2013 I was honored, to have been the only lead teacher selected in South Texas to represent our ESL teachers in Washington DC. In that CADRE, we delved into strategies to enhance the ESL instructional practices in our Elementary Bilingual Classrooms.

2014 I was invited for a second consecutive year to Washington DC, to become part of the Second Language Acquisition Cadre.

2008-2023 Worked as a Bilingual Teacher for Bestnsen Elementary at La Joya ISD, South Texas.

Summer of 2023- I taught Medical English, Focusing on the conversational aspect of it in Queretaro, Mexico. Hospital Angeles, Medical Staff.
